Team
- Commercial team; consists of members who know the local regional market, the culture and the way of supporting and promoting the products in the most optimal way.
- Technical team; consists of three high educated members which all have their specialization.
- Mr. Harry Pijnappel is a (Sport and Children) physiotherapist and on top of that a “Mulligan” Manual Therapist. He has a private practice in Germany and is well-experienced in the concepts TapeConcept is working with. He is the author of the Medical Taping Manuel, which is used in many countries as a reference book. Furthermore he gives many seminars in Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
- Mr. Jochem van der Hoeven is a physiotherapist and was for many years a professional soccer player in Holland, one of the strongest leagues in Europe. He played in the Dutch national soccer team (U-21) and for many premier league Dutch teams like Vitesse, Sparta and Fortuna Sittard. A well-known name and he has a lot of experience in sport related injuries! Nowadays he is working in a physiotherapy clinic in Den Bosch, The Netherlands. He got his Bachelor degree in Utrecht, The Netherlands.
- Semir Bakija has experience, which spans more than twenty years. He has been serving as a Senior Physiotherapist, in the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department at the Rashid Hospital in Dubai (UAE), during the last fifteen years. Semir was certified as an MLD and CDT therapist by the Foldi College Hinterzarten Germany. His keen interest in manual therapy led him to participate in many internationally recognized courses one of them being, ‘Mulligan taping technique. In addition, he is an International instructor for the ‘Jenny McConnell’ courses in the Middle East and East Europe. From the end of 2009 onwards Semir joined our team as well to become a Regional instructor for the Medical Taping Concept for TapeConcept Ltd.
- Mr. Ahmad Musabeh works as Physiotherapist in National Guard Health Affairs hospital in Al-Hafoof, Saudi Arabia. He is the clinical coordinator in the physiotherapy department. Ahmad is interested in manual therapy and medical taping and he worked as sport physiotherapy and supervisor of medical committee in Saudi International Squash Tournament 2006. Ahmad joined our team in 2009 to become a Regional Instructor for the Medical Taping Concept for TapeConcept Ltd.
- Mr. Maher Al Farhan is an administrative supervisor of Rehabilitation Medicine Department in King Khalid University Hospital and King Saud University, Riyadh. He is member of directory board, Head of continuing Education Committee and chairman of central chapter of Saudi Physical Therapy Association (SPTA) and member of Education & Training Committee of Saudi Arabian Sport Medicine Association. Recently he became member of executive board and Head of Scientific Committee in Arab Confederation of Physical Therapy (ACPT).He is the owner of Riyadh Health Centre for Physical Therapy which is one of the biggest physical therapy centres in KSA, interesting in Manual therapy and sport medicine.
- Miss. Amal Al-Shareef is an enthusiastic and well trained physiotherapist in the Medical Services Administration (Al-Nakheel Medical Center) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. She is interested in manual therapy and attended a number of courses (Mulligan and spinal manual therapy). She started working with the Medical Taping Concept in 2008 after the courses in the Kingdom by Harry Pijnappel. From mid-2010 onwards Amal will help and assist the team for the female participants of the courses in the Kingdom.
- Mahmoud Saad is a HPC registered physiotherapist and member of the chartered society physiotherapy-UK. He is a Physiotherapy Senior Lecturer at Sheffield Hallam University-UK teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate level also he is owner and clinical Director of HC Physiotherapy clinics in Sheffield-UK. His clinical interest is Musculoskeletal and sports injuries management and passionate about Mechanical diagnosis and therapy (McKenzie approach), Mulligan technique and Medical Taping, he was working as a Senior physiotherapist with Rotherham united football club in the FA league-UK.
Mahmoud is also connected to the Primephysio organization, which an association established in 2006 by group of physiotherapists aiming to develop the physiotherapy profession in the developing countries through organizing continuous education courses for physiotherapist. The main focus of Mahmoud will be on Egypt.
- Liliane Akiki is a manual physiotherapist running LARC, her own Rehabilitation center in Beirut since April 2009. More than 15 years of education and clinical experience in Physiotherapy, roaming between countries in Europe and the Middle East, learning and mainly practicing "Hands- On" techniques such as Cyriax, McKenzie, Mulligan, as well as Trigger points and Myo- Fascial therapy. She also specialized in Back dysfunction management, and hence started applying and teaching the F.E.D method for the treatment of Spinal deformities in the Middle East since 2006. With Medical Taping she started back in 2004 in Italy and recently joined the MTC group of instructors.
